Vehicle-specific LVVTA-compliant bottom mount / reclining seat rail kit for fitting compatible aftermarket seats to the listed chassis.

Important: These rails are not currently compatible with Scarles or NZKW seats. Adapter kits are in development.

Vehicle and chassis fitment

Nissan Silvia S12 RUS12GFTR 3-door hatchback and US12HFT 2-door coupe. The RHS rail differs by body style; the LHS rail is shared.

Fitment note: The fixed floor-mounting pitch must be checked before ordering. The standard conversion adapter is not suitable for these applications.

Bottom mount / reclining seat type

This listing is for bottom mount / reclining seat rail applications. Bottom-mount seats generally bolt to the rail from underneath the seat base.

If your seat is a fixed-back bucket seat that mounts through side brackets or side stays, use the separate side-mount rail listing where available.

Seat compatibility guide

Some common RECARO seats, including many SR, LS, LX and SRD models, do not normally require an additional spacer kit because of the seat-base design. Other seats may require spacer kits or conversion adapters depending on the seat base and mounting pitch.

Seat model names, bases and mounting points can vary by generation, market and previous modification. Please check before ordering if you are unsure.

Please check your seat mounting dimensions before ordering. If you are unsure, contact us with your vehicle chassis code, seat brand/model, seat mounting dimensions and clear photos of the underside of the seat so we can help confirm the correct rail, spacer kit, adapter or mounting configuration.

Adapter compatibility note

The conversion adapter is for selected special-pitch bottom-mount seat applications and is not a universal adapter. Do not assume an adapter will solve an unknown seat-to-rail fitment. Contact us with the seat brand/model and mounting dimensions so the setup can be checked before ordering.

Airbag / SRS note

Some vehicles require an airbag/SRS canceller when a factory seat with a side airbag is removed. An airbag-canceller package is only shown where supported by the rail data. The vehicle, seat and final installation still need to be checked.

Installation and certification

These rails are supplied as vehicle-specific aftermarket seat rails intended for LVVTA-compliant installation in New Zealand. Professional installation is recommended.

Final seat position, clearance, seatbelt mounting/operation, airbag/SRS requirements and certification suitability must be checked during installation.
